David Hussey

Australia

David Hussey has scored over 8700 first-class runs for Victoria and Nottinghamshire, and over 3800 in limited overs cricket, but the closest he has come to an international call up is various Australia 'A' tours and inclusion in his country's provisional squad of 30 for the 2007 Twenty20 World Cup.

Like his brother, Mike, he has proved his worth time and again in first-class cricket, being a reliable performer in both the northern and southern hemisphere for five years now. He is an attacking right-hand batsman (FC strike-rate: over 70) and a handy off-spin bowler, primarily in limited overs cricket, where his average is under 40 in 50 over games and an impressive 17.30 in Twenty20 cricket
